Duties included (DDP)

Most of our shipments go out on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid). That means we handle all the import formalities on your side: customs clearance, local taxes, duties. Nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

That said, customs rules vary by country. In the United States, some orders may still attract a small charge of $1.90 to $5 at the door. It's rare, but it can happen depending on the shipment.

In France, a flat tax of €2 per product may apply under current regulations. We keep a close eye on changes in customs law and update our customers when anything shifts.

Browse our catalog and add your favorite items to cart. Checkout is fully encrypted and your payment is handled securely on our end.
You get a confirmation email

As soon as payment clears, we send you an order confirmation. Keep it handy in case you ever need to reach us about your purchase.
We prepare and ship your order

Your order is packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours (1 to 2 business days). We take care of all customs paperwork so you have nothing to worry about at delivery.
Track it to your door

Once shipped, you receive a tracking link by email. Your parcel arrives in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our brand.

Restricted countries

Some countries restrict or outright prohibit the import of adult products. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the laws in their country before placing an order.

We do our best to stay informed, but regulations change. If we receive a refusal or your order is held at customs due to local law, we will cancel and fully refund your order.

We reserve the right to decline orders headed to destinations where these products are known to be illegal or heavily regulated.
