When you order from BeastyLov, we aim to make delivery as simple as possible. For most destinations, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping — meaning we take care of all import-related formalities on your behalf, including customs clearance, taxes, and duties.
Your parcel ships on an all-inclusive basis, so you won't have to pay anything extra upon arrival. Simply track your order and wait for it to be delivered directly to your door.
However, due to differences in customs regulations between countries — particularly the United States — we cannot guarantee that buyers will not incur any taxes upon delivery. To date, U.S. customers may occasionally be charged a small fee ranging from $1.90 to $5 upon arrival.
Please also note that in France, a tax of €2 per product may be applied under current regulations. We are not responsible for changes in customs laws, but we do our best to stay informed and keep our customers updated. Laws can change at any time without notice.
