Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all fees are included upfront. No surprise charges at delivery. Variations may apply depending on local regulations.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on our workload and the time of year. We do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible. Processing time is in addition to the shipping transit times listed above.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time through the carrier platform.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through a secure encrypted platform — your banking details never pass through our servers.
What should I do if my payment fails?

What name appears on my bank statement?
To protect your privacy, the name shown on your bank statement is MGLD Digital — the name of our European-registered company. No reference to BeastyLov or the nature of our products appears on your statement.
How are orders packaged?
Every order ships in a plain brown cardboard box with a standard white label. No product name, category, or BeastyLov branding appears on the outside. Your package is completely discreet and indistinguishable from any ordinary parcel.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item remains in its original unopened packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect every customer equally.
I received a defective product — what should I do?
Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at beastylov@protonmail.com, including photos or a short video clearly showing the issue. We review every case individually and will work to find the best solution for you.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes — if your order has not yet been shipped. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will update it immediately. Once dispatched, we no longer have control over the delivery. We recommend contacting the local carrier when the package arrives in your country. Please note: we do not offer reshipment or refunds for packages undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
Can I swap my order for a different product?
Yes — but act quickly. Contact us within 8 hours of placing your order at beastylov@protonmail.com, including your order number and the product you would like instead. Beyond this window, your order may already be in preparation.
What materials are BeastyLov products made from?
All BeastyLov products are made from platinum-cure silicone — the gold standard for body-safe adult toys. This material is non-porous, phthalate-free, latex-free, and hypoallergenic. It does not retain bacteria or odours and is built to last.
Are BeastyLov products certified?

What lubricant should I use?
Always use a water-based lubricant with platinum-cure silicone products. Silicone-based lubricants can degrade the surface of the toy over time and reduce its lifespan. When in doubt, check the lubricant label before use.

How do I clean my BeastyLov products?
Clean your toy upon receipt before first use, and after every use. Use warm water with a mild unscented soap or a dedicated sex toy cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely. Avoid household cleaners, bleach, or abrasive products as these can damage the silicone.
