Returns and Refund Policy

Change of mind: 14 days

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, with no reason needed. This applies wherever you live.

  • For hygiene reasons, the toy must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send the toy back within 14 days of telling us.
  • Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of shipment.

How to return

  1. Request a return from your customer account, or email support@beastylov.com with your order number before sending anything. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Sale.
  2. We confirm by email and send you the return address. As we ship from our partner's warehouse, the return address is given after your request.
  3. Ship the toy in its original packaging and keep your proof of shipment.

Refund

We refund the full price you paid, including the standard delivery cost (free on our site), within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the toy or your proof of shipment. Import duties are included in our prices, so nothing else is owed by you.

Cancel before dispatch

You can cancel for free as long as your order has not shipped, from your customer account or by email. You are refunded in full.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email support@beastylov.com with photos or a short video of the problem, ideally within 72 hours of delivery so we can claim from the carrier quickly. You choose a replacement or a full refund, and we pay any return costs. Opened toys are accepted in this case.

This does not limit your legal rights. In the EU, the legal guarantee of conformity covers defects that appear within 2 years of delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects also applies (see our Terms of Sale). Customers in the UK, the US, Canada and Australia keep the rights their local consumer law gives them.

Exchanges

Before dispatch, email us to switch product. After delivery, return the toy as described above and place a new order.
