REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At BeastyLov, we are committed to providing you with quality products. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, our return policy is subject to specific conditions in accordance with international regulations.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL β 14 DAYS (EU & UK CUSTOMERS)
In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), the French Consumer Code (Article L221-18), and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions set out below.
By placing an order on this Site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. Any return request related to a false age declaration will not be accepted.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS β HYGIENE PRODUCTS
β οΈ IMPORTANT In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent international regulations, returns of intimate hygiene products are subject to strict restrictions.
β RETURNS ACCEPTED:
- Products in their original sealed and unopened packaging
- Products unused and in perfect resalable condition
- Return requested within 14 days of receipt
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
β RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED:
- Products whose sealed packaging has been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been used or in contact with the body
- Products without original packaging or damaged
- Returns requested after the 14-day period
- Returns related to a false age declaration
These restrictions are justified for reasons of hygiene, public health, and consumer protection, in accordance with Article L221-28 12Β° of the French Consumer Code and applicable international regulations.
3. EXCEPTION β DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, we will accept the return even if the packaging has been opened. In this case:
- Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at support@beastylov.com
- Provide photos or a short video clearly showing the defect or issue
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- You will receive a full refund or a replacement product at your choice
Legal warranty of conformity: In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from a legal warranty of conformity of 2 years from the date of receipt of the product (France and European Union).
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
To make a return:
- Contact our customer service at support@beastylov.com within 14 days of receipt
- Include your order number and the reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the product in its original sealed packaging to the address provided by our team
- Keep your proof of shipment
Return address: As we operate as a dropshipping retailer, the return address depends on the supplier and will be communicated to you by email after validation of your return request. LGEMD DIGITAL β support@beastylov.com
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Standard returns (change of mind):
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the return is due to a change of mind
Defective products or our error:
- We cover all return shipping costs
- Contact us to receive a prepaid return label
6. REFUND
Refund timeline: We will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of return shipment.

Refund method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed through Shopify Payments.
7. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:
- Return the unopened product following the procedure above
- Place a new order for the desired product
Please note: if the desired product is out of stock at the time of the new order, LGEMD DIGITAL cannot be held responsible. We recommend checking availability before initiating a return.

9. DISCRETION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy:
- All packages are shipped in neutral and discreet packaging
- No indication of the nature of the product appears on the outer packaging
- The billing descriptor on your bank statement will appear as "LGEMD DIGITAL"
- Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy

- UK customers: French law, without prejudice to mandatory rights under UK consumer law
- US / Canada / other customers: French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country of residence
